What they say about us

“For more than 20 years, Kajans has expanded opportunity across North and North West Birmingham through education, enterprise, housing support and cultural development. Its community-led approach builds sustainable pathways for today while laying strong foundations for future generations.”

Cllr Sybil Spence

“Kajans embodied the very best of Birmingham’s spirit during the pandemic: kindness, resilience and unwavering service. The team worked tirelessly to prepare and deliver hot meals to older people, isolated residents and vulnerable families, often going far beyond what was expected.”

Cllr Mohammed Azim – Former Lord Mayor of Birmingham

“Kajans creates a welcoming environment in which women can build confidence, develop skills and overcome barriers. Its commitment to opportunity, wellbeing and community makes a lasting difference.”
